Purpose: Personal Full-Stack Application

This project began as a simple, local study tool for my own Security+ exam preparation. When my friends wanted to use it, the project evolved into a complete redesign, sparking its transformation into a live, full-stack, and database-driven application.

To support multiple users, I built a secure PHP backend with a complete user authentication system, all connected to a multi-tabbed player profile. The “crown jewel” feature, inspired by my study group, is the Multiplayer Challenge Mode. I designed and built this system from scratch to manage a shared player lobby, assign unique player themes, and handle the complex, turn-based JavaScript logic.

Beyond the multiplayer mode, the application also includes a timed Exam Mode, a Practice Mode with immediate feedback, an interactive Flashcard System, and a Cropper.js-integrated avatar uploader. The platform is populated with 420 original questions and over 300 flashcards, all presented in a deliberately simple, distraction-free UI. This project represents a massive expansion of my skills beyond my degree, applying classroom theory to build a complex, live, and feature-rich application.

Purpose: Client Website – E-commerce College Course Final Project

This site was created as a final project for my E-Commerce college course, but unlike most of my classmates who built sample sites, I was selected by my professor to develop a real website for an actual client. I worked closely with the business owner to design a fully customized Wix website tailored to her needs—including e-commerce functionality, downloadable products, and pages like About, Services, Testimonials, and more. I handled everything from layout and visual design to graphic creation, product structure, and branding. Although she now manages the site on her own, it still reflects the work I originally delivered, and I’m proud that it remains the live, public-facing site for her business today.

I completed this project alongside two other final websites during the same semester and earned a perfect score for exceeding all project requirements.

Purpose: Web Development Level II College Course Final Project Website

This was the final project for my Web Development Level II course, built entirely by hand using HTML5 and CSS3. The 4-page site functions as a personal journal, designed with a roller coaster theme to represent the emotional highs and lows of returning to college. I focused heavily on layout, responsiveness, and user experience, including a fully styled contact form and strong visual storytelling. As a self-motivated addition, I incorporated JavaScript to create a grayscale toggle feature for improved accessibility—something that wasn’t part of the course requirements.

Purpose: JavaScript College Course Final Project Website

This project was the final for my JavaScript course, designed entirely from scratch and deployed as a fully responsive, multi-page website. While the business and content are fictional, the idea was inspired by a friend’s real cleaning business. I created the site as a polished mockup I could eventually adapt for a real-world client. Pretty Cleaners features nine interactive services and nine mock products, each with JavaScript-powered modals, currency switching, counters, and local storage. I also included a fully functional contact form and a color-to-grayscale toggle for accessibility. Every element—from layout and styling to functionality and visuals—was built and tested independently.

Purpose: Personal Website

I decided to build my portfolio site using WordPress to show that I can design, customize, and manage a site within the WordPress platform. I used the free version of Elementor to build and fine-tune each section, giving me more control over the layout and styling beyond what a basic theme allows. From structure and spacing to custom branding and responsiveness, I wanted this site to be a real-world example of my web development skills and design instincts—all wrapped in a clean, easy-to-navigate package.
